Meet Lou Quaintance

Society and community leaders met with Lou Quaintance, artist/designer of the Society's Irish mMemorial Project.  Mr. Quaintance gave a summary of his qualifications and previous art projects and described the process that resulted in the design of the Project.  He is a native of Moline.  (Irish Memorial Project)
